5. Can I make my payment by
credit card?
Unfortunately No! I do
sincerely apologize but credit card facilities are expensive to establish &
maintain and because of the nature of the business, this is a
specialty service, this site does not have a high product overturn.
You can make your payment by personal cheque, bank cheque, money
order, postal note or we can arrange to provide you with a bank
account number to pay the amount directly into.

6. What if I dont like it?
Can I send the poetic order back if I am not happy with it?
YES! Most definitley! All
poetic products from The Poetry Factory come with a 100% unconditional
money-back guarentee. This has never happened but if you are not happy with your ordered poetic
gift product for any reason, simply return the product and
you will be cheerfully refunded your purchase price with no questions
asked (less postage, insurance, packaging & handling)

7. What are the different
methods of payment?
Unfortunately I dont have
credit card facilities. (see question regarding credit cards) You can
make your payment by personal cheque, money order, postal note, bank
note or we can provide you with a bank account number to deposit your
payment.

8. Can I view a copy of the
poem, design and layout before I commit to purchasing it?
YES! Most definitely! Drafts
are always sent to the client for perusal before moving to the next
stage. The client is invloved from conception to completion to ensure
ultimate satisfaction and to develop a special friendly rapport. This
is of the utmost importance!

9. Can I be involved and make
suggestions or change my mind during the creation process?
YES! You certainly can! The
client is involved from conception to completion. Any input or ideas
are most welcome. After all, it is a gift from your heart.

10. If I order a poem, do I
have to purchase it framed or do you have other presentation options?
You do not have to have your
purchase framed. All gift products are custom created to suit your
needs and budget. You simply tell me what you want and I'll work with
you to make sure that's what you get!

11. Can I receive my order by
email for me to print out myself?
YES! Most definitely! You
still receive a quality, custom created verse and design. As soon as
payment is received, your poetic order is email directly to you for
you to print out. This option of ordering is much cheaper too! :)

12. I have my own design in
mind. Do you create other people's design concepts if requested?
YES! Most certainly! If you
have your own idea or design in mind please dont hesitate to contact me. I
will work in conjunction with you on your project to create something
really personalized and special. You will of course be given co-credit
for the idea!

13. I would like something
created for a friend but I can't afford anything that is offered on this
site!
In exceptional cases or
circumstances, If you would really like a special gift created and you
simply cannot afford it, we can negotiate on a fair price or barter
trade. (Do you have goods or services to trade?) I am always willing
to compromise and create something more affordable (although the
extensive range of gift ideas are already remarkably reduced in cost
and there is alot of work involved to create these individual
products) This is not a vanity publishing website. I am a professional
writer/poet with a legitimate business trying to make a living, so I
do apologize that I cannot just give my work to you.

14. How long after I order the
product will I receive it?
It can take anywhere from 2
days to 2 weeks depending on the poetic project requested

15. Can I just take a poem
from this site without permission, copy it, print it and use it for
myself?
NO! You may definitely NOT
you cheeky bugger! I've worked bloody hard for many years to build,
create and establish myself as a professional. Please DO NOT take
poetry from this site! This is NOT a vanity publishing poetry site!
All of my work (including audio recordings, photos, logos, banners &
product concepts)are (c)copyright and may NOT be reproduced, copied,
distributed or performed in public without the express written
permission of the Author. You may NOT print, reprint or interfere with
my work in any way. Severe penalties will be imposed with full
intention to prosecute.
